Comic book colorist and digital illustrator, Stephen Downer, needed a portfolio website that could be quickly updated. We chose the WordPress blogging platform because of it’s ability to be customized to any design, as well as the many publicly available (read free) plugins that would enhance it’s performance.

- Take client’s original artwork (the city skyline) and convert to a web format.
- Make the billboard, RSS, Twitter and Facebook icons part of the image, but available as web links.
- Create a WordPress theme that would adapt to a variety of different content styles.
- Encourage the viral spread of his work through social networking websites.
- Research available plugins that would improve the site’s features.
- Embed a module that would display the @downersteve Twitter feed.
